We interrupt your regularly schedule program to bring you this message from the creator:
So, I feel the need to clarify something about the comic. I realized that I had not numbered the panels for the first part, which made it a little bit difficult for some people to read. For all future segments I won't overlook this issue, but for the previous post, you should note that the comic reads left to right, with the uppermost boxes forming the first line of dialogue, the next farthest down and left forming the next line, etc. The exception is that I know the line "I BEG TO DIFFER" seems to fall in the second line when actually it falls in the third.
I hope that helps. If not, I apologize.
Anyway, the script for the previous segment should read like this:
One day in music theory T151 lecture...
"The first is choral style, or just SATB. The second style is called keyboard style. BUT...You don't need to worry. We don't really use keyboard style. At least, not for this class; it's not important to know now."
"I BEG TO DIFFER!"
*GASP* "Keyboard Monster!"
"Yes! It is I, the Keyboard Monster! I'm here to thwart you in your plans to teach good part-writing. Your students will all fail...and I will be the most EVIL musical instrument in the WORLD! MWAHAHAHAHA!"
...
"Aha! Your cowardly teacher has fled! No one can save you now. Prepare to meet your musical DOOM!"
"What the Keyboard Monster doesn't know...is that Dr. Hook is no ordinary music theory professor. He is actually the great hero of music: MUSIC THEORY MAN!"
(to be continued...)
